This unique villa sits on top of a picturesque hill in Patong, with a stunning view over Patong and the bay. It has 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms — two double bedrooms with panoramic views and one with two single beds — and a spacious living room with stylish sofas and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. A huge panoramic terrace with a swimming pool sits right on the hillside, and there is a garage and outdoor parking.
Guests have designer sofas, a Smart TV, full kitchen amenities, an infinity pool on the panoramic terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, water heaters, high-speed Wi-Fi and backyard sunbeds. Patong Beach is about a 25-minute walk away, with restaurants, massage parlors, cafés and grocery stores nearby.
House rules: no smoking, quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, no shoes indoors, and no hemp, drugs or gambling. Electricity costs approximately 500–900 THB per day and is charged separately.
