A 115 m² sea-view apartment in Karon, 450 meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants close by. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa and a large balcony with a breakfast table overlooking the sea and the sunset. Well suited to honeymooners, families or two couples travelling together.
The apartment is on the second floor of a low-rise three-storey condominium with a lift. The spacious living area has a dining table and a sofa; the fully equipped European-style kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, all the utensils and a washing machine. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other a queen-size bed, and each of the two bathrooms has a shower. Air conditioning is controlled individually in every room; there is free Wi-Fi and an in-room safe. The interior is furnished in a modern European style. Sleeps 4 in proper beds, up to 5 guests.
Guests can use the residence's swimming pool, a hydro-massage pool and the fitness room free of charge. Free underground parking is available, and security staff are on site in the evenings and at night for any urgent help.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. The apartment is non-smoking — smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Electricity and water are charged by the meter. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request with 4 days' notice: 1,000 THB, or 1,900 THB with a change of bed linen and towels.
