It has a separate bedroom, a bright living room with a dining area and a separate equipped kitchen. The private green courtyard is perfect for morning coffee, outdoor breakfasts or a quiet evening. Guests can use the communal pool located next to the house.
Inside: a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and a private shower room; a spacious living room with upholstered furniture; a fold-out sofa (an extra bed for two adults or two children); a 64-inch Smart TV; a dining area; a separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cookware; air conditioners in the bedroom and living room; and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, toaster, blender, electric kettle, drip coffee machine and full cookware; the bathroom has a water heater and shower.
On the property: a gated private area, a swimming pool and a cozy courtyard with greenery. Perfect for a couple, a family with children, friends or remote work in a tropical setting. Electricity is charged separately by meter at around 7–8 THB/kWh (typically 100–300 THB per day, depending on air-conditioning use).
